Building Interpersonal Agility for Leaders using Conversational Intelligence®

This 1-Day Workshop will focus on Interpersonal Agility in Leadership which is the ability to maintain composure in the face of complex and chaotic interactions. It’s a continual process of implementing self-observation, reflection, and choice.

Harvest Global Resources (HGR) consists of a team of developmental specialists who are passionate to see growth in individuals, teams and organizations.

 

We, Rajiv Mathews George and Wee Hen Tang, both bring a combined experience of 50 years in the corporate and business.

 

Through our own journey & experiences, we believe that there is so much potential that is untapped and that whatever blockages an individual, team or organization is facing, can be resolved by using the right process.

 

Being sales professionals ourselves in the past, it has been our passion and vision for many years to empower leaders.

 

We have more than 15 years of regional sales coaching and performance coaching experiences at all leadership levels including FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Telco, as well as the industries aforementioned.

 

We develop a strong team of associates through mentorship and supervision and provide support our participants in all our programs.
