Rajiv is a passionate coach, facilitator and mentor. He is the Chief Engagement Officer of Harvest Global Resources Sdn. Bhd. which is based Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
He brings with him over a decade of coaching experience and has touched the lives of thousands from diverse industries across the region in his work as Executive Coach & Program Facilitator. He primarily focuses on working with senior leaders in improving performance, developing talent and succession planning.
He is also a senior mentor coach to professional and organizational coaches in the region – a role performed by only a select few – preparing them for the coaching credentialing process with the International Coach Federation.
Additionally, Rajiv designs, develops and facilitates and Sales Leadership programs to build a sales coaching culture resulting in performance improvement. He also brings his sales expertise in building sales professionals through team coaching where he helps them identify self-limiting beliefs leading to a transformation of their performance.
Rajiv is also an adjunct coach in with the ICLIF Leadership Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Progress U, Hong Kong & the Melbourne Business School.

As an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed Coach since 2009, Wee Hen is enthusiastic and passionate to empower individual leaders and professionals to achieve personal and professional success. Wee Hen brings more than 16 years of diverse corporate experience in various local and regional leadership roles in IT, Banking & Financial Services.
She is currently a Senior Partner with Harvest Global Resources based in Kuala Lumpur and focusses in the development of leaders through executive coaching and business coaching, particularly in the banking and financial services industry.
Wee Hen started her professional experience in 1993 as an intern with NCR Corporation World Head Quarter in Dayton, Ohio. Subsequently, she joined NCR Malaysis for about 8 years playing various roles , from an Accounts Executive, Chief Accountant, Acting Financial Controller, International Corporate Auditor (performed audit in 17 countries), Asia Pacific Business Lead for Oracle ERP Project and Asia Pacific Internal Control and Policy Compliance Manager. In 2001, she joined iPerintis Sdn Bhd, an IT arm of Petronas to lead the E-Procurement team as a Project Manager.
Her passion inclined to people than system, with her CFP certification (Certified Financial Planner), in 2003, she made a career change to venture into financial planning and wealth management industry. She spearheaded as the Vice President of Financial Care Centre at CIMB Wealth Advisors Berhad, a subsidiary of CIMB Group, the 2nd largest banking group in Malaysia in 2004. As a Sales Manager Coach for the centre, Wee Hen main roles was to recruit, train, coach and develop financial planners to bring sales result to the centre. She was also the Asia Vice president of PlanPlus Inc, a world class financial planning software and training company based in Canada.
Weehen helps individuals and businesses to identify what is important and implements a process that enables a shift in thinking and an expansion of choices. She empower her clients to make good choices, and use their newly expanded power to create the life of their dreams and experience an exceptional quality of life filled with happiness, creativity and fulfillment. She currently engages with her clients as workshop facilitator, business and team coach. As a Conversational Intelligence(C-IQ) Enhanced Skills Practitioner, she applies tools to activate neurochemistry to promote powerful and healthy “interaction dynamics” that encourage co-creation in a we-centric organization environment. As a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, she adopts a transparent stakeholders involvement approach to drive change in the Executive Coaching process.

From 2013- 2015, she served as the Deputy President of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) with a membership of over 5,000 members. She is also fervent advocate of “putting client’s interest first by giving proper advice to clients” and is active in promoting financial planning best practice with Coaching in the local, region and international scenes.Currently( 2017-2019) she is the Honorary Secretary of FPAM and Membership Director ( 2018-2020) for ICF Malaysia Chapter
Julia Lim Ngai Ping, ACC

Julia is a Performance Executive Coach with excellent distinction. She was a successful Marketing professional before she transitioned to become a professional Coach. She has more than 20 years corporate experience in senior leadership positions in Multinational companies such as The Boots Company (Far East) Pte Ltd and Campbell Soup Southeast Asia.
She received her coach training with ACCI (Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute, (Singapore)) and is credentialed with International Coach Federation as Certified Associate Coach. Julia is a facilitator of coaching skills for managers and provide personal coaching for executives and leaders. Her coaching style is supportive, result oriented while inspirational and empowering. She is a strong advocate of coaching and believes that companies with coaching culture has high talent retention, peak performance and produces happier employees.

Suresh Verghis, PCC
Suresh has 22 years of experience in human resource management, organization development, leadership development, training and executive coaching across India, Asia Pacific and Europe. He is passionate about helping people learn, perform and realize potential.
Suresh brings a unique combination of corporate senior management expertise and real-time experience of being coach, mentor, trainer and HR practitioner. He has over 1,200 hours of one-on-one coaching experience and conducted numerous programmes on teamwork, interpersonal skills, coaching skills, strategy, change, values, cross-culture and customer complaint management across India and Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Sri lanka.
Suresh began his career with the Sterling-Maxworth Group moving on to Tenneco Automotive (USA), Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Germany) and AB Mauri (ABF Plc UK), working across retail, manufacturing, automotive, high value capital equipment and food ingredients companies. His last two roles were at the Vice President level.
Suresh attained post-graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and English Literature. He completed intensive management programs from Melbourne Business School, Singapore Institute of Management and ESM&T Cologne. He is a trained Executive Coach certified by the International Coach Federation. Through the organizations he has founded, Global Coach Resources and Printalent, Suresh currently conducts in-company Training and Coaching Interventions.

Usha is a Training Facilitator, Coach, Lay Counselor, HR Professional, Assessor and HR Processes Facilitator with about 18 years of experience in Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment and Plant Operations in Pharmaceutical, Realty, Hospitality and Healthcare industries. She has additionally led the Corporate Social Responsibility Programme in her last assignment as Associate Director – HR at an MNC Pharmaceutical company.
The Training Programs Usha has facilitated are in the areas of Personality Development, Presentation Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Recruitment & Selection Skills. She is also an Assessor for Assessment & Development Centres.
